Venting I hate being addicted to carbs

I can go 5 days or so without carbs and when the weekend comes i have to eat alot of them like chocolate bars, lentil chips etc. I know there are substitues like fruit but yesterday i ate a whole wutarmellun and a cantaloupe but the addiction is still killing me. My dopamine wont spike as much when i for example only eat fish, eggs and vegetables. Compared to pancakes with cream.

My face bloats up alot when i eat carbs and my estrogen boobs are getting bigger. How do i stop my carb addiction?
 
Substitute carbs for drugs. Preferably stimulants so they help you with reducing your cup size at the same time.

keep trying bro, I have 0 cravings for sugary foods now I cant understand normies who cant stop eat surgary foods like they're addicted but then again I was like that when I was young
 
You can't fight against your monkey brain AND foods that have been engineered to be super palatable. The only time I managed to not eat carbs was when I was living alone and could control what food there was in the house. Otherwise I think its basically impossible, your body loves simple sugars.

That's impressive. The longest i've gone is for barely a month. Atleast i haven't ate bread and pasta in 6 months which are the ultimate normie foods. Ever since i read that thread on how bread can affect mental illness negatively.

Lol yup I tried keto a few times and the first few days I was a mess. Shakey and scatter brained, every loud noise scared me.

I think you're right. Yesterday i saw a chad paying for hamburger dressing and and processed hot dogs w/ bread while ignoring this becky cashier when she looked at him with her "fuck me" eyes.

However some chad models with Auschwitz bodies probably counts calories and has specific diets.

its kinda hard to say how my addiction vanished, it left about the same time I started counting calories, I suddenly just saw all foods as numbers and having no emotional connection to them so I just ate what I thought was the best fuel and what fit my calories

also eat a lot of protein
 
Ever tried eating raw veggies instead of chips?


Also try whole wheats maybe at least. They steadily release their energy oer a lonegr period and don't lead to ups and downs.


Nothing wrong with a minimal portion of carbs to each meal. Maybe this will decrease your lusting in general.


Generally avoid industrial food, when you get one of your attacks and make your own. It's full of fat, sugar and white flour.


Also fruits are not necessarily good. They pretty much lead to the same rush.
 
For me it was actually relatively easy to drop them. I miss some foods and there are some nasty stealth carbs but generally no problems.
Don't ban me for bragging though.

I'm addicted to carbs such as bread, potato chips and it really doesn't help with my health. Unfortunately the carb demons are fucking tasty.
 
I beat carb addiction with seasonsal fruits and milk
 
As a kid, I couldn't eat carbs. The taste was terrible. Now I can't live without them
