Venting i had yo hype myself up to go shopping

normally i just go to the LIDL down my road but i wanted to get something i could only get at a supermarket that was like a 15 minute walk away and to go that far in public i had to hype myself up in my room for like an hour before going i think im gonna rope soon

that's actually insane lmao. I have to hype myself up for going to a small concert (which I only did once), but this is another level.

is this due to severe social anxiety?
