I was listening to a talk while laying in bed last night, and I had a lucid dream.
I started with me just listening to an interesting talk as I drifted off into sleep. I think the key of inducing it was that I was focusing on the audio from my headphone during the entire time of falling asleep, allowing me to still "be there" sort of aware of each stage of sleep.
I was pretty much asleep after about 30 minutes, but I had some awareness ( I could still hear the talk I was listening to), and suddenly, I had a vivid image of an alleyway. At this point, I was really freaked out because I was wondering how I even got there.
I could vaguely hear the talk I was listening to, so I was reminded that I was still asleep. Realizing this, I raised both of my hands to look at them, and I immediately knew that I was in a dream. I started walking down this dimly lit alleyway, but I don't remember much after that.
It was really cool though. It pretty much felt like real life.
