Went a year on nofap a while ago, i didn't notice much difference in my personality. The occassional sex dream happened but ultimately i realised that my body was now getting zero pleasure. I realised that taking away the tiny bit of pleasure i do get in life didn't give any rewards, i'd wake up and i still see the same ugly face in the mirror and no matter how much you resist fapping you are still disgusting to everyone.
