I got called "cute" and "handsome" by girls but they don't know my flaws

The thing is my face is ok, got even compliments.  
My problem is unbelievably bad acne scars in my back (completely disfigured) and some minor in my chest. 

My back is so bad that if I dare to take my shirt off and walk around shirtless, people would call police on me because I make children cry. 

Girls would get an heart attack if they see my back, it's so fucking painful.
