I'll be meditating 1 hour a day, exercise every day, will read books of philosophers like Schopenhauer, Nietzsche, J.Krishnamurti and the Vedas. I'll reduce my nicotine content and slowly quit nicotine. I will do everything as Buddha told us to do. I will practice stoic virtues, or at least try to practice them. And the best of all I'll quit joostagram, and other social medias. I'll stay away from interacting with foids because that can push me into more depression. Wish me luck brocels!!
