Serious I found this book outside and I don’t know what to do with it

I was on my way to buy some lube for my hourly gooning session when I stumbled upon this strange looking book. I took it home and snapped a quick photo of it in case any of you might now what it is:

That’s not even the strangest part. It turns out I was so distracted by this book that I forgot my lube at the store, so I headed back to CVS when this fucking creature that looks like a horror game character starts following me around. He followed me into the fucking store and I tried asking for help but nobody knew what I was talking about. It seemed like no one was seeing what I am seeing, am I schizophrenic or some shit? I snapped a photo and showed the employees, but they said there was nothing in the fucking photo. This is the photo I took:

This nigger started laughing at me when I grabbed my lube and then asked me if I could buy him an apple. What the fuck? Why does he want an apple of all things? I didn’t buy the apple and I went home and started gooning, but he just stood on the other side of my bedroom door asking me if I ever eat apples when I goon. Can this motherfucker just leave me alone?

Unironically, if you find something cool outside it's probably something a homeless person left behind. I remember finding some crazy shit near a place that a bunch of homeless people frequent. A broken funko, strange notes, a backpack, a naloxene kit, two keyboards, etc. Of course, these were all on seperate occasions since I frequent that place quite a bit, but still. Shit being luck based (i.e. the chances of something good being left behind) doesn't mean you can't keep rolling to eventually get something decent
