Based I filed a complaint on my foid boss last November, she quit today, I might get promoted.

Last November, around the time of the presidential election, I filed a complaint on my foid boss.

It was a 1,700-word complaint about her poor-performance, the fact that she treated me like dirt, and some quotes of raunchy things she had said while at work.

Human Resources “investigated” - and just as I knew the evil foid in Human Resources would - she lied to protect the foid-boss. I caught the lie, and emailed Human Resources back, telling Human Resources that they had committed perjury.

I have also been raising hell, because the tags on the company van are expired - the van has 2024 tags during March 2025. I also had proof that she had left a note mocking me on the company fuel card for the vehicles - yes, she was that evil and cruel. Luckily, my other boss destroyed the note mocking me, I have a witness who saw the note.

The company anonymous “survey,” is out right now, so my old foid-boss was probably scared of that.

The bitch couldn’t cope. I destroyed her. I am not satisfied, I am not happy, I’m certainly not afraid - but, I am disappointed, because I wanted even more of a challenge.

Wow, well done! I’m in the process of blackmailing my employer too. I have some serious dirt on them and have hinted at lawsuits a couple times and now I’m untouchable. I started stenchmaxxing at the office so badly, I get to work from home 4 days a week, while everyone else only gets to work from home one day a week. Several of the foids complained about my stench too

Everytime a company led me on about promotion it never came. At Toyota a higher up falsely accused me of stealing his wedding ring off his desk because I was the only janitor working nights (overtime). He later found the ring at home. Embarrassed he promised me an easy analyst desk job starting at 82k w/full benefits. It never came when the job slot opened up and was even yelled at for nothing. I went to HR with my grievances along with somebody backing me 100% who was admired by C-level executives. That still got me nowhere.

Employers can be ruthless. Loyalty/hard work doesn’t pay nowadays, so don’t get your hopes up.
