Serious I figured out I just need to stay away from the internet as much as possible

Internet is just a major distraction and I'm just constantly bombarded with bad news and other negative things.

In the last few days I only went online for like half an hour a day and I was much more productive and happy with my life. I already left this forum for months but the problem isn't just with posting on this forum but with going to internet in general.

After I forced myself to stay away from the internet, I figured out that I'm losing so much time browsing through what is essentially random useless stuff online.

I won't even follow the news anymore, I don't know why I should give a shit about this degenerate world. Just focus on religion, training sports and reading.

Internet is just some huge cesspit. The only good things are that you can access to knowledge and useful materials, but you don't need to spend much time on it for that.

I grew up before internet was big and I remember how good my internet-less childhood was when I was reading books instead and I want to return to that state of mind.

I think staying off the internet is a legit self-improvement, even more than things like no fap.
