I am so mad all the time. I have anhedonia. I can’t even play videogames anymore they are so boring. I haven’t taken a walk in like 2 months or so my legs hurt so bad right now it’s insane… I feel like I am about to randomly die, I don’t know. I feel like my body is giving out. I have dark black circles around my eyes, I sleep 5-6 hours a day, sometimes less than that. My back hurts, my legs hurt, my arms hurt, my head hurts. Every single part of my body hurts.

I dont consume caffeine at all. I only drink cold water, that’s it. I also try to stay away from sweet foods because of acne, and I am most likely not hopping on accutane anytime soon. I might but that’s unlikely

What are we even suffering for? Most of us are dumb, can’t even make decent money. What are we living for ? I Need to rope asap or go monk mode in Himalayan mountains

I don't see myself living past 45. I already have poor health. There is no endgame for me. There is no future, I will never have a wife, never will have children.
