I was lying down, had just jerked off to some Krissy Lynn,
then got up to go to take a leak.
As I started pissing, out of nowhere, I got hit with this intense wave of lightheadedness. It wasn't just a little dizzy spell - it felt like my entire body was shutting down. My vision started going dark, my head felt like it was floating, and I just knew I was about to pass out.
I stopped pissing and stumbled back into the other room to prepare to lie down but my legs gave out. Next thing I knew, I was on my knees, then everything went dark.
I lost consciousness for 15 - 25 seconds.
After regaining consciousness, for a few seconds I had absolutely no idea who I was, where I was, or what was happening. It was like waking up in a dream where nothing makes sense. My whole body was in pain, my head was pounding, my limbs felt they have been crushed, and on top of that, my ears were filled with this loud shuttering, mechanical noise. I felt very scared but still felt in control. It felt like I was having a seizure. I honestly thought I might die.
I started taking deep breaths, and after maybe 10 seconds, everything clicked - I remembered who l was, where I was and what just happened. But even after that, I felt completely drained and overheated. My whole body ached, and I was so exhausted that I just collapsed into bed and took a nap. Even now, I still feel a little lightheaded when I stand up.
So... What the Hell Happened?
After looking into it, it turns out this was most likely a vasovagal syncope episode, which is a way of saying my body overreacted to certain triggers and made me pass out. In my case, it was probably a mix of:

After looking into it, it turns out this was most likely a vasovagal syncope episode, which is a way of saying my body overreacted to certain triggers and made me pass out. In my case, it was probably a mix of:
- Post-orgasmic blood pressure drop - Apparently, after you ejaculate, your body releases a bunch of hormones (like oxytocin and prolactin) that lower your blood pressure, which can make you feel lightheaded.
- Peeing while standing (Micturition Syncope) - There's a condition where some people faint while urinating because the act of peeing lowers blood pressure even more.
- Standing up too fast - I went from lying down to standing up pretty quickly, and that probably made things worse.
- Not enough blood to the brain - When my blood pressure dropped, my brain didn't get enough oxygen for a moment, which is why I blacked out and felt so disoriented afterward.
- Massive Adrenaline Surge - My body likely perceived this as a life-threatening event, triggering a huge adrenaline dump when I woke up. This can cause severe body pain, rapid heartbeat, sweating, and an overwhelming feeling of doom. It's similar to how people feel after a panic attack or a near-death experience: fight-or-flight mode.
- Muscle Contractions and Tension - Before fainting, my body may have tensed up involuntarily. Some people experience convulsive movements (like a mild seizure), which can cause full-body soreness. Even if I didn't convulse, collapsing suddenly can strain muscles.
- Hypotension & Oxygen Debt - When blood pressure drops suddenly, the brain and muscles don't get enough oxygen, leading to widespread discomfort, weakness, and dizziness.
As blood flow normalizes, the body "catches up" on oxygen, which can feel overwhelming and painful for a few minutes. - Temporary Memory Loss -
When you faint, your brain temporarily shuts down due to low oxygen and blood pressure.
As you regain consciousness, different parts of the brain turn back on at different speeds.
The hippocampus (memory center) and prefrontal cortex (responsible for awareness and reasoning) take a few seconds to catch up, which is why I had no idea who or where I was at first.
Brief memory loss after fainting is common because the brain prioritizes survival over recalling details.
Since the brain was deprived of oxygen, it temporarily lost access to short-term memory storage, making me feel completely lost for a moment.
