Seriously. In my dream last night, I was Super Mario. I mean I've seen everything in first person perspective as Mario. I walked through typical Mario 64 landscapes. I jumped through portraits and I even agreed to help a NPC. It was King Dedede I think, you know that redneck penguin with a hammer from the Kirby universe. But he was a good guy in this game and asked me to review a racing game that he had programmed.
So I jumped through a portrait and had to win a few races in a game that looked a lot like Gran Turismo 3 (all cars were Japanese too). I wish the racing had lasted longer. Instead of cars, I unlocked porn. Yes, hardcore straight up porn.
When I got back to the Mario World, I went to a computer and sent Dedede a PM, criticizing the prices to be won in the game. Told him that not everybody wants to see strangers fucking.
I know a lot of nerds get nerdgasms from lucid dreaming a Mario adventure, and that Mario 64 is appreciated by many. But I could live without it. I find it very unsettling that I had to live as Soyper Mario, doing useless tasks for silly penguins just to unlock porn scenes,
