In order to get to work I have to go through long distances on a DAILY basis - Which means seeing lots of normies, roasties, and people in general just male feel like shit.
I can't ignore all of the sounds and the sights, it fucking triggers my brain, and it leaves ugly scars on my soul for the rest of the day which only builds up.
The days are empty of meaning and full of discomfort and anxiety.

At least when I'm at home I can just cope a bit without seeing so many people.
I sometimes wish I had the ability to just toggle a deaf and blind mode to my will so I can just have some inner silence.

I don't want to neet forever but still - I don't want this. My workplace is specifically at a place that requires me to go through many people on a daily basis which means extreme stimulation for my defective brain - So many sights, sounds and other info that goes through my brain which makes me nervous, sad and frustrated - On a daily basis. Not having anything good or meaningful to help me forget the terror I go through everyday is what makes collapse. It's as if I eat extremely hot sauces without any fucking chicken or food to help balance the effect of it, and normies have that chicken.

before leaving this work you could try to find a job that doesn't require human conctact.
For example, I worked in a bakery for two years.

I don't really know but I feel like the amount of social pressure in school is far worse than the one you have in some jobs. If you stay alone in class and don't talk with anyone people will start to making fun of you or will do anything in their possibilities to isolate you even more (sometimes even with the help of professors).
Honestly I would prefer a job (even an extremely tiresome one) to the current situation I'm in. At least I would get paid for feeling like shit all the time.

It heavily depends on the job, really. In school if you stay silent you might get some glares and people isolating you but at the end of the day you can get by if you have good grades. In some jobs instead interacting with people is basically obligatory. The trick would be getting a job where you merely have to concentrate on the task at hand and social interaction is at a minimum, I'm guessing warehouses jobs might be like that.
Also in my opinion working is more enjoyable than studyng, at least you get paid for it.

I agree with almost anything you've said, but although I cannot speak for experience, I think that teenagers can be much bigger assholes than adults; they are really good at making sure that your experience with the educational system will be the worst possible ever. While I think that adults tend to mind their own business and interfere less.
And most of the time you can quit a shitty job (if you live in a decent country) for something different; but changing school is complicated and will definitely make your problems even bigger.

and for quitting your job I guess that yeah, I guess if you live in a good country you can, but I'm a 3rd worldcel so I can't say much about that. People here tend to keep their jobs as shitty as they may be until they are 100% sure they can get a new one.

Sure...it takes extreme discipline to be able to consistently control where your attention and focus aligns. Especially when dealing with the distractions of society at large, being out and about among the masses.

It's one reason I've obsessively practiced various forms of meditation for some years. I don't want this broken, backward world to be able to completely dominate my internal condition.
