Salads are for the goddam sheep. They make me sneeze fucking blood.
If I eat hamburgers, sometimes I feel good. But that is usually at night. If I have them for breakfast I get headaches and sneeze blood.
If I eat Pizza Hut breadsticks I feel good.
If I eat normal bread I feel sick.
All foods have fat, or carbs, or fiber.
So why are some given “bad” and some good.

Healthy is cola chips burgers and pizzas

Those things aren't bad for you on their own, but specific types are, and everything is bad outside of moderation; generally, you should avoid overdosing on processed globohomo garbage. :feelshehe:

I think I might have some bacteria on my cookware or some shit. That’s really only explanation between me baking it and someone else I can think of

Anything that is processed and adds to oxidized fat building up to make bad cholesterol

Just eat alot of red meats, fruit, and some carbs here and there.

Just eat by food circle and avoid HFCS.

And walk instead of driving everywhere, My BMI is 19 with thse tips alone, LOL.

Low calories with high volume (for most)
High nutrient to calorie ratio.
Enough protein.
Low saturated and trans fat.
As little processing as possible.
No random preservative and other chemicals.
Good gut bacteria and enough fibre.

That’s pretty much it.
