I don't understand battle royales

Battle royales seems easy and fun on the surface, but really I don't think I fully understand them at all.
They seem so unfair, and tough, and easy to hit a plateau on compared to other games

So imagine you drop somewhere, you didn't die in the first 10 seconds, good.

Now you want to move to the zone, but then you are walking into territory you know nothing of

you don't know if people are hiding somewhere, you don't know if there is somebody in this building or that building, you don't know to look right or to look left, isn't the goal to find other players before they find you?

You don't even know if there is somebody right behind you

you get the idea

also I saw my brother play pubg mobile, he literally sees people when they are black pixels far away from him

so does anyone else feel like this?

I suck at games, back when I played them regularly always played on easiest difficulty and cheats on when possible, I get my wrecked on multiplayer and battle royales

Only game I was good at was tomb raider (2013), I even speedrunned it; good times

I also forgot to mention something, in other games you can search "Match analysis" you improve you game sense with these videos and they educate you more about the game, you watch one or 2 and do some research, then you get the "Aha, I finally understand the game now" with battle royale I still don't understand shit

Normalfags play battle Royale games because they function like slot machines. Random and unpredictable guns and loot to wherever you drop and there's uncertainty in every location. Despite 90% of the gameplay being boring and having walk closer into the circle with nothing happening most of the time

Pubg is the only good Battle Royale. The only downside about BRs is that they are full of sweats.
