Well I wouldn't go nearly that far, but there is obviously some divide between intelligent, and perhaps a bit less intelligent humans. I don't think it's all that significant, at least personally. To explain what I mean, I'll have to approach this topic from another angle.

Ask yourself, what are the behavioral differences between a human, and lets say a dog, for the sake of argument. It may seem intuitive to assert that there is a world of difference between the two, but I simply don't see it that way. Ultimately what you'll find is that the behaviors exhibited by both are more or less the same, it's just that in the case of humans they usually express their nature in more complex ways, however what's important is that human behavior is still intrinsically the same as that of a dog. Perhaps it's then more relevant to talk about human motivation, as this would appear to be the area of significant separation from that of a dog. However, is this really true? I'd say that it is, at least on some level. While it's true that we share the same physiological needs common among other animals, and that these are by far the primary motivators, it's obvious that our real point of difference from dogs lies in abstract thinking, often in regards to the very motivations in question.

I wouldn't say that agriculture, dating apps, porn, the division of labor, or even marriage are particularly worthy examples of human achievement, as when you look at most of our eccentricities, like I said before it's pretty much just a case of inventing new ways to do the same things, to satisfy the same needs. So following from this, while it's clear that we've certainly proven to be more efficient than other animals when in comes to need fulfillment, a far greater accomplishment would be our ability to stop and think about what it is that were doing in the first place, and the merits of why we're doing it. A dog can't look upon his meal and consider it's significance or actual value. As this a fundamental difference, something which nothing else on the planet can do besides us, not something merely done worse, or in a less complex and more obvious manner by other animals.

All that being said, I think it's true that women are less inclined to question the nature of lives or what's around them as opposed to men, yet most men aren't particularly praiseworthy in this regard to begin with. I really don't think that most normies could be easily differentiated from women by this standard tbh.
