I dont know how to get my emotions back after being depressed for so long, I dont feel anything anymore and if i do i dont know what the feeling is

Fun fact, I dont feel anything anymore, Every emotion i had is gone thru years of depression, I read its a defense mechanism of being depressed and the brain numbs itself of all emotion.
