'Mental health' is a way for upper middle class white liberals to be 'diverse' - so you're white, solidly middle class or above, university educated, nice job, lots of friends and relationships and generally healthy and fully functional by any standard --- how do invoke diversity points in today's woke culture? LARP a depression, anxiety, phantom pains or some other hard to verify mental health claim.

This meme of mental health makes life worse for actual sufferers because everyone will come to treat it like a total joke because of the pseuds and frauds.
