Hypocrisy I don’t get society. And I don’t understand any of the things they say

Society is way too confusing for me. It’s like they are teaching us one thing and then teach us the opposite. There’s always anti-suicide propaganda shoved down our throats and we’re taught “it always gets better” and that life is worth living, yet at the same time, we’re taught so much pessimistic shit. We’re always taught that victims of even the most mild sex crimes are supposed to be “ruined for life” and will never heal or even feel any bit of joy ever again and they’ll forever live in pain and misery. We’re even taught it’s worse than death to be sexually assaulted. So death is preferable but you don’t wanna sexual abuse victims to commit suicide because “it gets better”? But then you say they’ll never heal and their life is ruined? What the fuck! And then they say that black people face discrimination 24/7 and have miserable lives of agony, terror, and being violently beaten by white supremacists everyday and that black people have miserable depressing lives, yet surveys show that blacks only face racism occasionally not frequently. And then we are taught that bullying is something you can never heal from, but then anti bullying activists teach us it gets better? What the fuck!

if black people have such miserable lives, if being raped ruins your life and rape victims never heal, if victims of even sex with an older person never heal, then shouldn’t we all just rope. Shouldn’t we al just commit suicide if society wants to teach us this pessimistic shit? Then maybe rape victims, black people, bullying victims, etc should rope, because we’re taught inceldom is no big deal but simply being kissed by an older person ruins you for life. And we’re always hearing about how sex is the best feeling in the world but any sex-related crime (even a mild one) is supposed to be more traumatic than being experimented on at Auschwitz.

If society is going to describe life for blacks, rape victims, etc as miserable and terrible then stop saying “don’t rope because it gets better” you contradicted yourself. I don’t get how going through depression means you can’t have any joy. I had shitty ass times in my life but I’m feeling joy here by typing on this forum.
