Exactly. They prefer their man to appear strong (both mentally and physically), calm and collected in public, but he should also have softer side that he only shares with her.
They also want their man to be visibly potentially dangerous and aggressive if necessary. They don't want to be beaten by their man, but they want their man to look like he can beat up others if necessary. I think most women prefer their man to not go around starting fights with everyone, but it's also not a big downside if he's attractive enough.
