I bought a program for my PC called FL Studio Today. It was pricy, but I decided that I want to play music.
I had a refreshing workout today, at the suggestion of @RageAgainstTDL , and it cleared by head of a lot of the brain fog I was experiencing as of late. So I purchased and registered the program, and I downloaded a huge number of VST plugins, and purchased a amp simulator for my guitars. This is one of the projects I abandoned years ago, after I fell into a deep depression.
I didn't think working out would be so refreshing, especially at such a high heart rate. It reminded me of the days when I did track and field in high school.
Anyways, I want to create an album, preferably 10 songs, which I think is reasonable. I know how I want them to sound, so I'll spend the next few months working on that.
I know it's not a big deal in the long wrong, but all I wanted was a sense of purpose, and now I feel like I have one, even if it's just a little one.
Too bad I can't play an instrument.:trepidation:
