Good job. Deadlifts are death for ectomorphs, especially tall ones. Bad leverages. All the best deadlifters are short-ish monsters with wrists the size of tree trunks.

That too. Short thick arms for bench, short thick legs for deadlift. But not so short that they can't hold enough muscle. 5'7-5'9 endomorphs are the kings of powerlifting.

Naturally, tall lanky ectomorphs like OP naturally suck at it. That doesn't mean they can't pull/push respectable weight though, especially by normie standards since normies know as much about getting in shape as roadkill knows about diesel engines.

It depends where you live because I'm 182cm too and where I live it's average height. Average is manlet imo. For example 5'9" in the US is manlet status even though it's "average."

lol the reason 6 feet and 180 centimeters are cutoff points is because they're round numbers that foids can easily convince themselves they want, and filter through on online dating apps. Their real-world spacial awareness blows and they won't get out a tape measure to see if you're actually 182 centimeters instead of 183. If you're tall and good-looking enough to make her wet, she won't give a shit if you're slightly below a cutoff point that's more of a mental heuristic than anything else anyway.

I thought the deadlift is short torso and long arms? If you're endo and have a big torso and tiny arms than deadlifting will be harder for you than an ecto with a short torso and long arms for his body.

Congrats man. That's 220 pounds of weight so I doubt most people could lift that even an inch off the ground.

Every lift is fucked up for ectomorphs, especially pressing.

thin wrists and bad frame = you'll never bench 3 plates, let alone past 250 unless you bloatmax or roid up
 
I stopped deadlifting a while ago because I got back pain from it
