Just as the title says I can't sleep. Every night I stay up until 3/4 until I pass out and wake up at 8 for work. It sucks so much, I'm always so tired. Any advice on how to fall asleep at a reasonable hour?

I go to bed at around 5am every night, but I'm a NEET, so it's all good.
Read a book. Look in the military history section and find a book with illustrations that's only <100 pages. Or whatever floats your boat really.
Try a form of meditation. This won't make you sleep, but it might stabilize your mood, and if that is the reason behind your sleeplessness, it could actually help. With concentration you can isolate and remove negative emotions, although how you actually go about doing this will likely be different for you as opposed to me. Usually I like to visualize an inner world which I created for myself, other times I try to consider the meaning of something.
