Continuation from my previous thread.
I've been reading up online about other guys who have never pulled their foreskin back and I studied some methods for doing it the first time.
I tried to do it in the shower under hot water to relax my penis, but I physically couldnt pull it back.
At most I could get the head to pop out slightly, but if I pulled any more it felt really tight and hurt. I'm freaking out rn. Wtf, I might never be able to pull this shit back

I never did the hammer thing that most guys do, where they put their whole hand around their dick and hammer up and down.
What I always did is kinda use only a portion of my hand, like my top three fingers and slide my dick up and down.

Yeah that's what I do. But I'm not a dicklet, I'm like 6.3, but for some reason my foreskin still doesn't go back when jerking off

Try doing hammer fap and gradually peel it back a little after each session. It should make it more flexible and condition yourself to be less fearful.

Just do it carefully then until you feel pain.
If you want to change it (phimosis) go to a doctor he will give you cremes and shows you how to wide the skin slowly. You should be able to pull it back 75% of total.
