I'm on the verge of shaving everything but i would look even more subhuman,i'm Young but my hairline is already fucked up.

I'm a disgusting skinnyfat so i can't pull the "bald muscular" look(not like i could before but now is even worse).

You go on a calorie deficit and build muscle.
Go on a 300 deficit and hit the gym. You will gain newbie muscles. Within one year you can completely transform your physique. Loosing face fat might even make you a decent looking guy.
