Ive been eating loads of sushi and rice and fish and its rather delicious yet wholesome

I may switch to such a diet properly and cut down on meat, diary, carby shit and junk food

Of course I will eat some kfc soon to celebrate christmas

I am 25kg overweight. My weight is also going down.

I binge eat like crazy one day, then starvemaxx the next day. Because of my height, my acceptable calorie intake is low.

I usually try and eat less than 1500 calories (of any slop) but if I rot all day I don't really lose weight.
