Serious I am paranoid of being monitored tbh

I get these random glitches on the screen of my Laptop since a couple days ago and
it feels like somebody is recording my screen or monitoring it tbh .

If they read my posts on here , they could already completely destroy my social Life ( aka my status at work - id get fired ) .
Maybe they are FBI or maybe just people who will inevitably blackmail me .

I just noticed the glitches stopped after i searched on google about glitches on laptop screen .
Its fucking over .

Cant even cope with Incels.ldar anymore .
Fucked up world .

You're fine as long as you don't promote going ER or write anything too extreme. The FBI may show up at your door or threaten you, but they won't initially go to your job. If you disregarded them, they'd probably just arrest you and then you'd lose your job.

My old phone was hacked and I have no idea how. I was 16, didn't know what was inceldom and nobody but me had an access to my phone. It happened that my memory ran out and I didn't understand why, I didn't had any games on it or anything, just some chatting apps.

So after I started deleting all the files from my phone I found a folder with pics and videos (idk how I never saw these when open gallery, it was never there.)

It was full of gore, porn, weird shit like THAT KIND OF PORN, and some horse slaughters, kid getting his head chopped off etc.

I never seen these pics vids in my life before and they were there.

Around that time i would hear an echo on home land line, at my part time job i got a phone call with a man questioning my ability to protect myself and there's always a white Toyota parked a few blocks from house, i walked my dog one night and went in the direction of the Toyota and it took off....I read some of the main pizzagate investigators were disappearing or stories of them committing suicide or having weird deaths started popping up which frightened me. I stopped investigating and tuned into livestreamers to eat up my time but video below looks back at pizzagate and mainstream news take it on at the time and its telling.

As for the FBI looking into what you're doing, probably not unless you're going out of your way to be threatening or being an easy target for them to possibly use. Maybe coincidental but after my FBI post got pinned on this site i got a few new accounts follow me on this site and my other social media which i don't advertise got a new followers to which is rare for me...I'm sure the technology out there its possibly to link your online profile together...who knows. I am paranoid and some of the things i think are something could be nothing.
