I am going completely insane and I'm using my last amount of clarity to type this out

Nothing in particular has happened to me recently which could be interpreted in any way, however I think im genuinely beginning to lose my shit and the signs have been rearing their heads for years at this point. It only got super weird for these past few weeks.

SYMPTOMS:
× Auditory and periferal hallucinations are becoming very noticable

× Shivers during summer and weird paranoia around practically everyone

× Mood switches between dedicated model citizen and completely reclusive are becoming more prominent and frequent

× Either a complete brainfog throughout the day or constant thinking and planning

LIFESTYLE:
× Zero drugs or alcohol since last Autumn, very infrequent usage prior to then.

× No medication, therapy, etc. Mental state never noticable to anyone aside from myself.

× Healthy diet, avoided seed oils since 14 y.o.

× Frequently cleans and reorganizes, avoids harsh chemicals.

× No family history of mental illness for all I know.

× No specific enemies or people I can name who dislike me for anything in particular.

I think I'm just losing my mind like maybe a psychic messed with my head or something and this is why my brain is melting out of my fucking ears

I'm not taking brain castration meds no matter what
