These foids, man. The sheer gall that they assume that they always get to have it their way: in this case, their right of way. Basically as I was running round the local park I see three gym foids walking my way, with the Stacylite on the right of them from my viewpoint. The thing is, to the right of me and her (from my perspective) is a cycle lane, where cyclists come from behind me, so I can't see them. She and the other foids can of course all see what's behind me (whether or not there are any cyclists coming at that moment), as it's in front of them. But as I don't know, I'm not gonna risk stepping out to my right into the cycle lane, to avoid a bunch of foids taking up the whole footpath. Sure, I could've turned around and broken my stride to see if any cyclist was coming, but I CRAZILY assumed the Stacylite would do the decent thing and give way to me, by moving closer to her friends, and not take up the whole footpath. And my CRAZY REASONING was that because she was a gym foid she would understand, athlete-to-athlete, as it were.
ANYWAY, I had already decided that I wasn't gonna step out into the cycle lane, and as this all happened within the space of a couple of seconds, things were happening FAST. If she didn't give way I was gonna barge right into her, and I'm borderline disappointed that that didn't happen. Only at the VERY LAST SPLIT SECOND, she leaned towards her friends and gave way. I didn't bother looking back: probably they were all looking at me disgusted, as I carried on running, at the same lightning speed that I was going at before I went by them.
