Even the ancient greats - like Napoleon Hill talk about using no fap as "sexual transmutation" which will actually enhance your life spectacularly. Also many religions talk of no fap as being "the gift of celibacy"

I've done nofap for a month once, and although it gives you a little boost in energy, the side-effects of not cooming for extended periods of time while having no access to sex far outweigh the benefits.
