Ever heard of Lucid Dreaming?
That's a special state of mind in which you "wake up" in your dream and while remaining asleep and paralyzed, everything becomes as real as in reality, and you're able to completely control what happens in the dream. It's better than the best drugs, it's incredible (I had it a few times as a young teenager). Sex in a lucid dream is indistinguishable, for the brain, as the real thing and also the memory of it will remain as vivid as if it happened in reality.
Lucid dreaming is a SKILL that can be aquired and improved. Especially when you're young.
So it's NOT a "dream". You're 100% at your full faculties, only you can create 100% accurate "hallucinations" that you yourself are not able to distinguish from actual reality but you're able to decide what happens in them. The experience is not at all like dreaming.
