Here's the theory. Humans were never meant to eat plants and almost ALL disease, as in like 90% and up, is caused by eating plants. Including inceldom.
Multiple chronic “diseases of civilization” which could be caused by simply eating plants
The effects of Kibble on pets
dogs and cats evolved to eat a high-protein, meat-based diet, processed kibble which is high in carbohydrates, fillers, and plant ingredients lead animals to experiencing the same diseases that humans uniquely suffer from. We already know that the sugar and plants in these foods need to be brushed off of our teeth or else they feed harmful bacteria. Dental caries develops when bacteria in the mouth metabolize sugars to produce acid that demineralizes the hard tissues of the teeth (enamel).

- Jaw epidemic
A term used to describe jaw problems that include jaw shrinkage, crooked teeth, and constricted airways. These problems are thought to be caused by disrupted airways which lead to poor oral posture. Snoring in particular is thought to be caused by inflamed throat tissue (snoring is a common topic brought up in carnivore communities). - Skin and hair diseases
Sun burn, acne, hair thinning, psoriasis, eczema, rosacea, dermatitis, dandruff, etc. Multiple carnivore schizos say that the diet prevents sunburn. The theory goes that seed oils are filled with omega 6 fatty acids, when your bodies cells are built out of unstable omega 6s they are prone to oxidation (damage) in UV light and heat, whereas omega 3 stable fatty acids are resistant to oxidation. Most rashes are caused by autoimmune disorders which gets covered in no. 4 - Obesity epidemic
Concerns over cholesterol and saturated fats were raised by Ancel Keys and his research in the mid-20th century, which led to a decrease in the consumption of animal-based fats and proteins in favor of plant-based fats and carbohydrates. Instead of eating natural fats like those from meat, people began consuming high levels of polyunsaturated vegetable oils. This coincides perfectly with the increase in obesity. - Auto-immune disorders
The number of people with autoimmune diseases is increasing by 3–12% annually. More than 100 types of autoimmune diseases have now been discovered. Chances are you have one without realizing, the classification of an autoimmune disorder is very broad, we haven't even figured out why this happens but generally, plant toxins often target specific cells or organs, neurotoxins affect nerves, hepatotoxins the liver, and nephrotoxins the kidneys. Some toxins impair mitochondria, disrupting energy production (cyanide blocks the electron transport chain). Others trigger immune responses or inflammation, which can damage tissues and lead to chronic diseases. Any situation where the body's immune system attacks itself for any reason is considered an autoimmune disease, such as rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, multiple sclerosis, etc. This is thought to be caused by mitochondrial dysfunction. Which is also happens to be a popular theory for the cause of cancer. - Cancer
Seyfried and his colleagues conducted experiments where they suppressed cancer growth by replacing damaged mitochondria in cancer cells with healthy ones. In his studies, the reintroduction of healthy mitochondria into cancer cells often led to normalized cellular metabolism and growth, reversing the aggressive, uncontrolled reproduction of cancer. Healthy mitochondria not only produce energy but also regulate cell growth, apoptosis (programmed cell death). Therefore, if a person has healthy, functional mitochondria, their cells would theoretically remain in balance.
- First generation
Cats fed cooked meat developed health problems, including degenerative diseases and a sedentary lifestyle. - Second generation
Cats fed cooked meat developed degenerative diseases, skeletal changes, and lower bone calcium content. They also weighed less than cats fed raw meat. - Third generation
Cats fed cooked meat developed degenerative diseases early in life, and some were born blind and weak. They also had a shorter lifespan, and many couldn't reproduce.
