How would you react to this situation (guy who used to bully me)

Hi guys,

There was this one chad who bullied me, whenever i walked by he said my name loud and laughed about me, it had a mogging sound. Back then it gave me quite the distress but i just played cool and ignored it.

Now if i would meet him again and he would do the same, have a weird look against me, heck even spits in front of my feet or spits one me. Whad do i do?

I first thought attacking him is a nice revenge but can also get psycho and he might call the cops on me. Then i thought i could also ignore him and be the better man but he would still feel good about dominating me.

Everything with violence would get me in trouble with the law. Going to him and talking with him would be a joke since he will just enjoy the dominance (he is taller than me)

I just dont know how i can make a cut with him.

What should i do?

I am asking this because there is the chance we meet again and i want to not react like i used to react. (maybe my reaction was good back then already, to ignore and not provoke more?)
