What happens is white males who are say 30th percentile in ability(aka 70% of men would make more money in a perfectly free market).. they end up with positions in society that are above their natural station. So with credentialization, licenses, unions, large corporations and government agencies let us say the 30th percentile guy has a job where he is actually above average in income among men.
So his position in the society and his ability to be a betabuxxer male is based on his artificially elevated position in society. The powers that be then can threaten to take that position away from him, unless the beta male is a perfect cuck. The cuck would then have to fend for himself on the competitive free market, where he knows his income would be significantly lower.
For example the cuck is told to be quiet with his ethnic identity and religious beliefs.. while being forced to celebrate other peoples beliefs. If the cuck speaks up for his beliefs and culture, the cuck is simply fired and replaced by another cuck. To test the cuck's loyalty he is assigned to be actively working against his own interests and beliefs. And again if he doesn't do it, he is simply fired. In time those who keep going along, they actually get a perverted horny pleasure from being dominated and humiliated. The cuck lifestyle is more than just their girlfriend cheating on them, its a whole lifestyle.
What about men who are not above their natural station in life. Take a tradesman who is doing valuable trades work that people are paying for. If he gets fired from one place he just works for another place, or even might start his own business. So those guys can pretty much believe whatever the fuck they want, as long as they aren't on a public platform pushing their beliefs which are contrary to the rulers(which the rulers then de-platform them). But as an example if some trades guys with their own business have a Christmas party its their business.
