I literally don't know how to talk to people

For ages I was still trying to connect with others IRL lots.

But eventually it's like I just gave up because it was so difficult.

You're pretty much starved of everything when you're an incel besides negative reinforcement.

Been 7 years since I dropped out of HS, no interaction with anyone since then, besides my parents who barely tolerate me anymore.
A few more years like this and I might fall into pure madness. I'm literally starting to be afraid of myself, who knows, maybe one day my brain will just take control of me and the person I am now will be gone.

It's a really nice feeling to feel like you have things to attend, I think. Social places where you feel welcome.

Society feels so disconnected though so it's easy to feel isolated.

It's the norm, I go many days without muttering a word irl. The most I socialize is a few words to immediate family here and there.

I think out loud and I think one reason I do it is just to use my voice! Because when you're alone a lot it gets boring never talking!
