Haven't been able to yet. I was really good at studying last year but I fell off and idk why.

Watch a lousy ASMR video, grow balls, get mad at it, think about how shitty your life will be if you keep being such a fucking loser and get back to work.

Maybe alternate short periods (15 minutes more or less) of work and passion (working out, art, ...), so that you're always doing something productive while not feeling overwelmed.

Its one thing for normies and chads to be able to focus on school and have good grades, but the suffering that accompanies inceldom combined with School/Work is a catch-22.
