Why you would spend money on anything other than Jaw first is beyond me. The nose is just a scapegoat. Taken on its own it looks ugly so people try to make it smaller and straighter, but the nose overall in 98% of cases does nothing to next to nothing to overall attractiveness. The philtrum is more important and most people don't even know what that is
