Same here. The white skin will increase our SMV but not by a large margin due to having ethnic features. @Ap0calypse has white skin and even straight hair, but his ethnic features kills off his SMV making his hair and skin halo worthless.

Look at Jamaican culture for example, a lot of skin bleaching products are sold and its a cultural thing for people to use it to try and get lighter skin as lighter is seen as more attractive, so a guy with a skin condition like this would actually be lucky when its finished destroying his regular melanin levels

Michael Jackson had Vitiligo, he underwent some kind of FDA-approved treatment to speed up the process and even out his skin tone, so I think it does finish at some point, but you can speed it up
