The best chance you have at finding some happiness is cutting off all normie and foid interaction outside of what's necessary. This includes social media. Don't interact with any social media outside of incel spaces like this forum and whatever communities exist for your hobbies.
As for IRL interaction talk to yourself and pretend you're in a conversation with someone else. This will trick your brain into thinking you're engaging in a social interaction.
Finally, when it comes to being happy and entertained in general, the key is to constantly change what you're doing. It's a scientific fact that eventually, the satisfaction you receive from engaging in something pleasurable will decrease due to something known as the hedonic treadmill. To keep yourself in a constant state of happiness you need to always engage in something new each week. This could be anything from changing the kind of porn you watch, what games you play, or which cover you sleep with. Just ensure your brain is constantly bombarded with new and exciting things.
Unfortunately, your ability to do this will be limited if you're a wage slave. I understand not everyone will be able to neet and constantly engage in new activities. I will no longer be able to neet within the next few years. Honestly, I have no advice on surviving wages slaving. Just try to find a job with limited social interaction
