How to stay awake to fix sleeping pattern

Don't try and stay awake to change it. It never ever works. What you must do is to try and sleep without a screen. Try and sleep with your eyes closed listening to a podcast. And go to bed early.

Play looooong strategy games.

Play civilization, sim city, total war, europa universalis, baldur's gate, distant worlds universe, Ark.

Go watch and binge on Anime, so many good shows. I recommend the harem group. Go watch Highschool DxD or Isekai Maou to Shoukan Shoujo no Dorei Majutsu. So much stuff bro. If you can't stay awake, that's really your fault for lack of diversifying your interests or it's biological in which case. Yeah nah nigga, you're true incell because narcolepsy is only cute if you're a girl. If you're a guy, you're just a lazy bum.
 
Force yourself to stay up until you are exhausted it actually works.

I just play videogames i net surf. Is not that hard.

The actuall issue is fixing sleeping pattern.

I usually go to bed at 2:00 3:00 or 4:00. I've tryed to stay awake until 23:00-24:00 next day. wichs is ez, the problem is that im so tired that i get up at 14:00 or so. And because of that im not able of getting slept at 24:00, and i end up getting slept at 4:00. So i ends up as i begin
