1: Squatting under 135 or above 225. Chad has genetics such that he can squat above a plate starting out, but knows big legs are for homos and copers, and focuses on the muscles that matter.

2: Lifting alone (and never acknowledges anyone). Normal people go to the gym for health and to hang out with bros (or to bring their gf to make her hotter). They don't walk into the gym alone, not knowing anyone, as a last ditch effort to lose their virginity. Normal gymgoers sometimes go when their bros are busy, but they will always know at least one person while they're there.

3: Skinny guys at all. I have never seen a guy go from skinny to fit. They either start out somewhat built and get shredded or cut down from fat. Skinny guys are almost exclusively gymcels.

4: Any and all Asian men in the gym.

Pretty good observations here, OP. My only problem with your post is that you wrote gymcels go to the gym as a last ditch attempt to lose their virginities. Actually you have to be very stupid to have this idea, gymcelling is a long term commitment, or even a way of life.

Maybe the glasses make the eye area look worse than it is in reality. Maybe I'm just coping.
 
The gym is filled with so many coping subhumans it's unable. Go into any popular gym and you'll see:
- Norwooding Gymcels working out alone. Lot of bald men.
- Gaggles of manlets wearing Jordans or running basketball 2 inch soles lift game. TONS
- super skinny incels in permanent DYEL mode.
- Oldcels rotting for years doing same routines
- All kinds of coping ethnics,ricecels, occasional Currycel

Gymcelling is a Blackpilled cope since before the Blackpill was a thing.
 
Chad has a natural greek god v taper torso. He only trains arms and some shoulders and legs eventually.

Gymcel does compound movements, trains legs more than 1x week, trains for strength ( cope ).

Plenty of chads at my gym don’t talk to anyone
