1: Squatting under 135 or above 225. Chad has genetics such that he can squat above a plate starting out, but knows big legs are for homos and copers, and focuses on the muscles that matter.
2: Lifting alone (and never acknowledges anyone). Normal people go to the gym for health and to hang out with bros (or to bring their gf to make her hotter). They don't walk into the gym alone, not knowing anyone, as a last ditch effort to lose their virginity. Normal gymgoers sometimes go when their bros are busy, but they will always know at least one person while they're there.
3: Skinny guys at all. I have never seen a guy go from skinny to fit. They either start out somewhat built and get shredded or cut down from fat. Skinny guys are almost exclusively gymcels.
