How to solve word enunciation and voice projection

I have a deep voice however I'm constantly stumbling over my words, in addition my voice doesn't carry across a room

Anyone else suffer from this?

Same here but my voice is sickeningly nasally due to allergy so its pitch rises, it's fucking over.
