The best part is that we have "programs" and grants exclusively aimed at women in STEM, and in every course the professor is always delighted to see women, always points out their presence and thanks them for being there. Yet a STEM foid looked at me straight in the eye and told me STEM is anti women, women are discriminated against and it's harder for them to get a job in STEM etc.
