My whole life is just vidya and internet, and recently I can't but feel like I'm losing control of my life when I lose myself in a videogame and stare into a rectangle that emits light all day. But it's not like I have anything better to do. It's such a good cope but I can't wave off these thoughts.

I don't know mang. I don't care about normie lifestyle. It's just the always-present thought that I should be doing something else... But the problem is, there is nothing else to do

Escapism is a rational response to a shit life, if you have nothing important to do then there's no problem.
