How do you keep a job or avoid being bullied and ostracized in college or at work? Everywhere I go, I am ostracized and bullied to the moon and back.

In school I was 99,9th percentile student with no studying and I did homework once in a blue moon. Despite this I was bullied and called "stupid" or "moron".

I worked once for 2 months in HR nad I got fired for "low performance" LOL. Only own bussiness is a possibility for me.

Any tips to avoid that in case I had to become a wageslave again?

Find the workplace in your area that has the highest turnover rate that has a reputation as being the most miserable workplace environment that nobody wants to work at, you basically have job security for life if you're able to mentally and physically endure its workplace environment. Stay long enough and watch your wages increase slowly overtime. Because nobody wants to work there where they have a nasty reputation of being unable to keep anybody long enough concerning labor you're less likely to get fired or terminated over trivial matters. Proceed then to fuck off a majority of the time sucking the time clock dry by putting in as much minimal effort that you can, once again they won't do anything to you because they're simply unable to retain anybody for long term employment, they're content with somebody who has a pulse showing up regularly. This is my strategy anyways the last six years and I've been quite successful with it.

Study CS (you need a degree because degree > not degree according to normies) and get a developer job. I have one despite being lower IQ than you and an autist can avoid bullying because of covid. If you are high IQ you can get an autism friendly dev job with autist colleagues and avoid bullying because you're working with incels.

You almost become untouchable over a few years being that you've been there a long time and nobody else wants to work your job in replacement. I've repeatedly have said politically incorrect things over the last year and nobody gives a shit otherwise.

I like to think of it as miserable work environment immunity.

Not all jobs you have meet quotas, just find a job where you give off the illusion or false appearance that you're constantly busy where you spend a majority of the time fucking off getting paid for it, that's what I do presently. Any job that pays you a standard of living where you do minimal work is best, it's almost like getting paid to do nothing sitting around. I make every attempt at my job to do close to nothing every single day. The trick is getting away it, but I've mastered that over a period of time with practice.
