Intelligence? Niceness? Hobbies? These are not the hardest things for people to attain. Here's an easy plan I'd make in this regard.
Intelligence - Book smarts in an individual subject is something hard to achieve without schooling, you can get this much easier by watching Ted Talks or miscellaneous educational YouTube videos or read the occasional book for some novel information
Niceness - Fake it until you make it. Give everyone a smile, even if you want to die inside. Hold the door open, offer help to others before being asked, etc.
Hobbies - You can start small and easy. Video editing, graphic design, doesn't have to be sports.
Now up to this point you might be forgiven for thinking I was bluepilling you. But my friends I'm not. I'm literally telling you how to have an objective good personality. That is, from the perspective of men. Women don't care about your personality unless you pass the attractiveness threshold they deem on their own. Face, height, frame, I'd say in that order are what matters. Stuff like personality and even money and status to a degree are all ancillary, the cherry on top.
But this'll make you more popular with guys, at least I think it would. This is all based on things I've read, but given that men work off of logic it should follow that this works for them.
