Serious How to gymmaxx as an Incel

I want to start to gymmax so I can fight better (in GTA). My country doesn’t allow guns so it’s a good way to defend myself and most importantly a good cope in order not to rope. Gymcels, how can I start? I am extremely skinny and weak never did sports. Plus I am too scared to go to the gym any advice?

If you want to learn fighting go to a martial arts club. do MMA Kickboxing or Juijutsu
