It’s easy to read books and shit and learn languages. imo the worser part is to retain what you learn and apply it, is there any way to improve that part of your capabilities?

With such a specific and though-out question I can't help but wonder if you are busy trying to cope with your low IQ, in addition to coping with your looks. AFAIK almost all brain-training related research suggests that the long term effects are somwhere between minor and non-existent.

Seems to me that having tons knowledge from differend domains is no longer very useful in modern times anyways, unless you intent to go for an academic career and want to flex at nerd parties. Or if you are the type that needs to know, needs to understand, the autistic hyper-systematising type of mind.
