How to fix this problem?

At work people think i 'm very low iq.
I work at a warehouse.
I don' t know to fit the boxes in the big cage(bcs the boxes come in small and big sizes, other times there are weird shaped objects also) and manager and other coworkers yell and come at me to remake my boxes so they fit better in the big cage.


First morning at the job it's the worst bcs i have to choose from scanning the boxes that will come from the truck or moving the boxes and let other scan them.
I suck at scanning bcsthey have a shit scanner..
I suckcat moving the cages because i find it hard to rotate them forward and backwars not bcs they are heavy, i m just anxious.
Then i need to scan for hours, and move the cage take the other one
Fuck it s so stressful.
I also don t talk to anyone at work they all laugh and have a good time doing this and i'm cortisolmaxxed.

Watch others. Do they pack from the back up? Do they use a foldable packets containing items like clothers to in between other boxes?

Here is a link to building dry stone walls. Build up a similiar techniques and use the same terminology to describe the layers or invent your own. This will give you structure to pack the cage.

Try to search how Amazon trains their staff to pack cages too.

You;re not low IQ. It's just no body is helping or training you. I had the same problem. They always tried to make things worse for me, never any help at all.

Do things you're way, slowly improve. Ignore others unless they are genuinely trying to help.
