Escape to forest, climb up a really large tree and live under the leaves forever. The stuff that grows there is enough to feed you and the rainwater, you can drink it

Take a flight to somewhere remote BEFORE the fbi tracks you down, change your identity and live with native tribes away from technology
Even if you do happen to kill them on accident (because of sickness they arent used to) like the spaniards in the 1500s you still have all their farms houses etc
Most of the amazon is undiscovered land. Just stay away from open spaces (google maps) and when you hear machines prepare for departure until you can see them, then abandon on the spot and run far far away. (Cutting wood in the amazon is a slow process)
